Crowds + Motion Capture | Maya, Houdini, MASH | 2020
Hoping to learn a more about Houdini Crowds, I wanted to see what I could create in one session.
I used Houdini to instance multiple Crowd agents of a simple motion-captured biped run cycle with animation offsets. I'm hoping to soon figure out some weird POP particle issue I'm having so I could better vary the individual running speeds and respective animation clip playback.
I also used MASH to route audio data to geometry transformations and shader parameters.
